2. Valid Reasons for Refund

• Non-Delivery of Promised Services - Non-delivery of promised course materials or services.

3. Exclusions

No refunds will be provided in the following situations:

• Excessive Content Access - If more than 20% of the course content has been accessed, or if more than one module has been completed.
• Substantial Resource Access - If downloadable resources have been substantially accessed.
• Refund Window Expired - If a refund request is made after the 14-day window.
• Policy Abuse Suspected - If abuse of the refund policy is suspected (such as multiple refund requests from the same user).

4. Refund Processing

Whiteboard Consultants reserves the right to issue partial refunds in cases where students have accessed between 15-20% of course content, at our discretion. In such cases, the refund amount will be reduced proportionally to the extent of content accessed.

The following are non-refundable:

• Certificates - Once issued, certificates cannot be refunded.
• Completed Coursework - Any completed assessments or coursework.
• Downloadable Materials - Downloadable course materials that have been accessed.
• Promotional Discounts - Courses purchased with promotional codes or discounts.

Whiteboard Consultants may consider refunds outside this policy for special circumstances such as serious illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen hardships.
